If you choose to withdraw from an online course before the commencement of the course, we will provide you with a full refund of any tuition fees paid. However, if you withdraw from an online course after the commencement of the course, no refund will be provided.

If you choose to withdraw from a face-to-face course, we will provide you with a full refund of any tuition fees paid if you notify us in writing at least 10 business days before the course commencement date. If you withdraw within 10 business days of the course commencement date, we will retain a $200 administration fee and refund the remainder of any tuition fees paid. No refund will be provided if you withdraw after the course commencement date.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of receipt of your written request for a refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account or credit card used for the initial payment. Please note that any non-refundable fees or charges associated with your payment method will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email and update the policy on our website.
